SOLE MANDATE
This guest house is in impeccable condition and has nine bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. It is operated full time as a guest house and many of the clients are regular visitors. Each room is fitted with an air-conditioner, fridge and TV. Uncapped fibre is also at the disposal of guests.
The TV room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen has rose wood cupboards and granite tops, a separate pantry and scullery and laundry.
Breakfast is served in the dining room and an honesty bar is available for guests’ use. One can relax there too and enjoy a take away meal, watch television or just chill.
The office is open plan to the braai room (which is the private space of the owners.)
The garden has many private areas if visitors want to sit outside. The pool is well maintained
and the koi pond is filled with fascinating fish.
A 5000 l water tank serves as buffer in case of any water supply interruptions.
There are three garages and seven netted carports for shaded visitors parking.
