The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors will be available in January 2025. These floors offer floor plates of largely open-plan areas with several rooms, such as training rooms, meeting rooms and kitchenettes.
There are two interconnected floors with large open stairwells. Wrap-around balconies encircle all the floors and offer stunning views of the City Bowl, Lions Head, and Table Mountain.
