Freek Botha And Mike Parker started their career in the property market in 2009 in the small Karoo town called Philipstown where they moved on to open an office in Lamberts Bay and eventually found their way to Langebaan. Working for Companies like Seeff, Aida, and Cape Coastal Homes it was always a dream and passion to work under my own brand. On the 1st of June 2017, the office of Freek Properties opened under the directorship Freek Botha and Mike Parker in a small side shop in the laguna Mall. Mike Parker driving the financial side of the business and Freek Botha the sales and marketing. One year later exactly on the day Freek Properties moved to a more permanent office in the Laguna Mall and was now ready to expand the Company. Currently having a footprint in Langebaan, Saldanha Helen, Vredenburg, Velddrif, and Jacobs bay. Today the highly motivated team consists of 15 members to move the brand forward and to serve the local market. Freek Properties aim to be the local agency for the local markets on the Westcoast and live by their slogan ‘We care about every transaction as if it’s our own.’
