Presently used as a Stock Farm and situated in the Smaldeel, the heart of Eastern Cape Game/Stock Country. It is 1409,8516ha in extent (2 titles).

Situated 55km from Grahamstown just 30km to Adelaide. As mentioned it is a stock farm with internal fences (16 camps) which include smaller lambing camps on the 12ha of lands that lie against the Koonap River.

There are also stock handling facilities, a shed but no livable houses exists except for four staff houses. The 12ha can be irrigated out of the Koonap River with two Eskom Points. Water is supplied to drinking troughs by means of 2 solar panels and one pump.

The vegetation is ideal for both stock and game with predominately river thicket which consists of Spekboom, Pruimboom (Jacket plum) along with many palatable grasses.
