Accommodation:
This beautiful portion of land has a uniquely built exquisite Lodge in a distinct Bushveld style. This Lodge offers comfortable accommodation with luxury finishing’s with soft neutral bushveld colors throughout while massive windows bring the African wildlife indoors. You guests will experience an unprecedented comfort while enjoying the sights and sounds that this Game Lodge has to offer. With different accommodations types to choose from, your guests are assured of luxury and a comfortable stay away from home.

The Main Lodge Area:
The Main Lodge’s facilities offer 4 Chalet Building which consists of 10 self-catering chalets. Each chalet building has either 2 or three chalets joint together can accommodate up to 6 people per chalet and consist of the following configuration:
Ground floor offer 2 x single beds, and the loft offers 2 x single bunk beds, and the chalet also has a private braai area, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.
The Main Lodge Building has a ladies Bar which is fully licensed with accompanying lounge and outside terrace where you can expect a vibrant ambiance, with rich interior and an enticing fireplace. There is a restaurant and then the swimming pool and a playground situated close-by for the kids.
Conference Room:
The Lodge boasts of a beautiful and modern executive style air-conditioned conference facility which includes:
Fixed Screens and white-board / Flip Charts and markers
Executive style chairs and tables.

Pen and Notebooks (provided on first day of conference only)

Lodge Nr 2:
This house is also a 3-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 11 people. The house consists of the following configuration:
Main bedroom: Double bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Double & single bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 4 x Single beds with en-suite bathroom.
Lounge: Double sleeper couch.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the patio offers undercover braai area and a second open air boma area. This house is preferred by those who loves their privacy.
Lodge Nr 3:
This Lodge is a 3-bedroom house with a loft and Annex. This house can accommodate up to 20 people and consist of the following configuration:
Main bedroom: Double bed with en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower.
Bedroom 3: Single bed.
Loft: 2 x Bunk beds and 3 single beds.
Room 3 and the loft share a separate bathroom.
Annex: This room offers 8 single beds and have a en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the patio offers a gas braai with a stunning view of the Waterberg mountains. This private house offers a splash pool and boma area and this is the perfect private retreat in the heart of the bushveld.
Log Home:
This house is a 3-bedroom Log home that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of the following configuration:
Main bedroom: Double bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds.
Lounge are and separate bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an open air boma area with BBQ facilities.
Log Cabins:
There are 4 free standing Log Cabins. 3 x Cabins can accommodate 2 person/cabin and 1 x Cabin can accommodate 6 people. There is a separate but fully equipped kitchen and an open air boma area with BBQ facilities.
Owners House:
This house consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is an open plan kitchen with lounge and dining area.
Additional House:
This is house is currently being renovated. It would consists of 4 bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms. This house could be converted into additional accommodation should the need arise.
Other Developments:
There are some staff quarters with electricity and water and there are enough store rooms, workshops and various outbuildings with tool sheds, parking areas etc.
Water:
There are 3 earth dams and there are 3 equipped boreholes which supply the farm with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption.
Fences:
The farm’s boundary fence is fully game fenced with a 2.4m high, 21 stands. All game fencing is accordingly to the requirements of nature conservation.
