Within the reserve, due to its diverse Fora and Flora the intention is to Sub Divide 40 exclusive stands,
following all Municipality zoning and impact studies that need to be done. The existing Main Venue Hall
overlooking the dam will be used as a Club House and a restaurant for residents as well as catering for
outside visitors. A stand-alone reception/security and tea garden Sparse Shop and butchery will act as the
entrance to the Estate.
Hartbeespoort Dam with its water issues has reached a point of saturation, places like Dikhololo just up the
