The location of the four homes on the property is perfect. Everybody has their own space and privacy. Each home has its own entrance gate and garden area. The horses were happy and even came to great me at the gate when I left. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
All four homes have a north facing and south facing the sun. You can see the sun streaming in to the two south facing homes when you look at the pictures.
The main home is currently occupied by the owners. This home consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an informal and formal lounge, dining room, kitchen and study. Connecting the main home to the one-bedroom granny flat, laundry and double garage is a large indoor entertainment area with built in braai and bar.
The home next door is newly built and boosts modern
finishes. A double garage, an open plan kitchen (with tucked away scullery) and lounge area. Three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms with the main being ensuite low maintenance home. Currently tenanted this is a great income generator.
Two cottages both have two bedrooms with one having two bathrooms. One of the cottages is tenanted. Other outbuildings include staff quarters as well as a workshop which used to be the stables.
As I walked down the driveway, I thought that just perhaps I could hear the beautiful trees whispering to me. It felt like a magical place. It was a stunning afternoon and the sun cast a dappled shadow on the beautifully manicured lawns. As I continued, I saw the horses peacefully nibbling on the lush grass. What an immaculate property I thought and I was not wrong.
