74 Ha irrigated lands with servitude water. There are two rivers running through the farm. Currently growing on the farm is vegetable seed, tobacco and lucerne.

The farms improvements consists of a large farmhouse and a large shed. There are also smaller sheds. There is also staff accommodation and some tobacco drying facilities.
