The main house on the farm is off course the most beautiful of all. Having a full solar system that the house runs on with two boreholes that feed the whole farm (there is water and Eskom power as well, if needed the line rental is currently inactive) and all the other properties also having solar systems, this sale is already a great deal.
The Main house consisting of four spacious bedrooms with a lot of packing space and with each room having a on suite bathroom with cupboards as well it is the top point of luxury and we haven't discussed the rest yet. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and full bathroom.
Upon entry from the kitchen door we are met with a kitchen that has all you need, from space to cupboards and a generous amount of natural lighting throughout the house.

Walking further on we have 3x two bedroom flats and 2x three bedroom flats that can be used for renting out or for the farm attendants to stay in.
There are many opportunities on the farm for extra income already like the large barn that's approx. 200sqm with four offices of about 20sqm each and one that is 40sqm.
There is a piggery that they used for breeding, they use to breed at least 25 pigs in there. There is 16 sections with water feeders ready to go. There are bee hives that produce up to 300L of honey per season which brought in approx. R90,000.
Just a few steps from the bees is a beautiful apple orchard with a irrigation system that gives of 2 tons of apples per season which comes to about R70,000, there are peaches as well but not on such a large scale, they brought in R3,000.
There is also an earth with about 20 to 30 Cattle on the farm( the Cattle is not part of the sale of the farm)
There is definitely a lot that can be done with this masterpiece, the property speaks for itself.
