The arable land has medium to high potential for maize and soybeans.

The farm is well developed and divided into 9 camps with water in every camp.

The average rainfall is 600 mm per annum and has a carrying capacity of 3 hectares per LSU.

Water is provided from a equipped borehole with an engine and mono pump and a cement dam. There are two earth dams as well and a spruit running through the farm.
