- Mango trees: 4.35 hectares
- Litchi trees: 2.8 hectares
- Cane field (established seed cane): 5.1 hectares
- Cane field (seed cane currently being planted): 6.4 hectares
- Wasteland: 3.08 hectares (this includes roads, dams, and housing for workers)

Please note that there are no water rights from the river; however, the farm is equipped with two certified boreholes that supply water to the dam for irrigation purposes. The entire property utilizes drip and micro irrigation systems.
