The farming operation includes the production of quality table grapes and almonds for the local market, wine grapes are delivered under contract to South Cape Winery in Ladismith. Lucerne is a highly sought-after product and here high quality, large volumes of lucerne are produced for the local game and dairy industries. The large storage shed is used for tractors, vehicles, equipment, as well as for stacking lucerne. Holding pens, a training arena for horses and livestock handling facilities are all in good repair. The campsites on the banks of an earth dam offer stands, covered in thick lawn, in shaded areas. Children enjoy the zipline-foofie-slide that lets them glide from the trunk of a large tree into the water.

Guest accommodation is in a tastefully decorated Pinotage farmhouse, catering for 9 guests. The patio with braai facilities completes this gem. The Chenin Blanc Cottage accommodates 8 guests, is situated on a slight incline on one of the hills and therefore boasts the most beautiful views across the valley, the Swartberg Mountains and Towerkop. The cozy honeymoon-type Crimson cottage sleeps 2 and is built on a private section overlooking the lush vineyards and mountains in the distance. The Colombar Venue Center also have 5 rooms and can sleep up to 22 people with all amenities, perfect for bigger groups.

Due to the topography consisting of mountains, undulating hills and the river, this enterprise is ideally situated for various outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming, horse riding, fishing, canoeing or playing games on the vast lawns.
