-The farm is situated approximately 32 km’s north east of Lephalale.

- A 1,2 km long dedicated pan-handle access road from the main Beska gravel road, provides access to the farm.

-The farm has got an approved Limpopo Provincial Government, (Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism) hunting permit, which implicates that the 14 km long 22 strand game fence around the farm, is to their approval.
-The farm has got a well developed 54 km long internal road system to enhance access to almost all parts of the farm. The roads also fulfil the very important function of fire brakes and are thus maintained properly to fulfil this function.

-There are four permanent water pans/dams (provided with water via pumps and pipe systems from boreholes), spread evenly over the farm to provide sufficient access to water for all the game on the farm during the dry season.
