The land is very well situated next to the dam and the river.

There is also 3 big ground dams that was fed by the river in the past. There is 40 ha of plant able land with an additional 28 ha of bush & mountain land that can work for sheep.

There is no house on the land and no power, but Eskom lines is nearby.

The land is flat and perfect for pecan nuts, tomato's & lemon & sheep or goat farming. Average rainfall in the area is 850 mm per year.

Great views of the dam wall with a small mountain of the farm where you can build a palace on for exceptional views of the nature reserve across the dam.

The dam is great for fishing and boating and has some beautiful scenery.

This soil is very fertile with strong boreholes in the area due to the surrounding huge dam!
