The Northern Limpopo is well known for its majestic Baobabs, the Mopane bushveld and the natural flora of its rural areas. Its arid climate appeals to many and the game ranches attest to the regions prolific fauna. To own a portion of this vast area is a privilege extended to few, those that make good use of this to create a retreat from the hectic urban life are commended. This farm is well structured, affording visitors the relaxation they desire, it is secluded and off-grid, the accommodation is fitting, the atmosphere, rugged, rural bushveld aromas, braai's, friends and fireside conversations.
Although only 24 hectare in extent it is game fenced with a river frontage that offers visitors either sand and water depending on the season. Aptly named the Sand river this boundary is also that of many holdings on this river , its dense riverine bush a natural habitat for birds and animals. The river and its sand is a inland beach that is popular with adults and children, the shady river banks allowing for leisurely braai's while the children cavort in the sand.
The infrastructure comprises of a communal kitchen and dining area with braai facilities. Here friends and family can gather enjoying food, drink, long conversations under the stars and reignite those ties that bind us.
A plunge pool is a welcome relief for those unaccustomed to the climate in the bushveld.
The accommodation comprises four separate buildings, two one room cottages, thatched and have their own ablutions.
A third cottage is IBR clad and consists of two rooms with shared ablution.
The last cottage is thatched, also two roomed with shared ablution.
They have verandas and are in close proximity to the dining area.
The accommodation is solid, well constructed with security type doors, rural and rugged, a reflection of the environment.

A storage container for the tools, spares and utensils on the farm for day to day activities.
The farms 4.5kw generator is housed in a shed that is also utilized as a storage area.
The farms staff have their own accommodation and this consists of 3 bedrooms with ablution.
Water for this farm is from a single equipped borehole that is sufficient for daily domestic use. A 5000lt tank gravity feeds to all the points where water is required.
