This farm is situated 28km from Utrecht and 29 km from Paulpietersburg. Although these three farm are not adjacent to each other they are farmed as a unit and are sold as such. The main agricultural activity is timber and grazing with irrigation on Geelhoutboom. The topography is undulating with hilly outcrop and sloping down towards the streams. This farm is situated in moist transitional tall grasveld with an average rainfall of 800mm with cool summers of 23.9 degrees and cold winters with mean low temperatures of 10.4 degrees. There is a severe frost hazard. The perennial Soetmelksrivier as well as the Sterkstroom spruit run trough Geelhoutboom and the Kokosi stream as well as 2 perennial streams from the mountains, which are fed by fountains, supply Mooihoek. Household water is fed
via borehole feeding tanks that enable gravitational feed to the homestead. Power is supplied via ESCOM supply.
This well maintained property features a main house comprising of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), dining room/lounge, second lounge, kitchen and double garage, store room, cool room and also an outside scullery/kitchen and verandah.
