Two 7.2 kVa pumps and a network of pipelines take care of irrigation.
An Eskom line serves two transformers of 50 kVa and 25 kVa respectively.
Accommodation
The main house of approximately 400 square metres can easily accommodate two families. It consists of two sections with 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, various seating areas and dining rooms that can be separated easily by closing off one door. The house and garden are completely fenced in.
A second house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, open plan living area and fireplace in the kitchen is adjacent to the main house.
This building would make an ideal home for guests or a manager. It could also be used for setting up a cottage industry to offer employment to residents that live close by.

Tourism
The farm has large tracts of unspoilt veldt. Various nooks and crannies offer hidden spots where a few cottages could be built for visitors that flock to the Winelands for hiking trails and mountain biking.
Quarry
The quarry forms part of a 203 ha section that also includes staff housing, vineyards and the larger of the two dams. Registered mining rights and a mining lease agreement with a third party are in place, and the quarry is fully operational.
Urban Edge
The sellers have established that an area of approximately 26 ha bordering on the town, has recently been included in the urban edge. The local municipal council has earmarked that area for housing, and will enter into negotiations with the provincial department, to enable the council to purchase the two portions required for such development, in due time.
