The farm is located in the Bottelary Hills area, 30 minutes drive from Cape Town International and 15 minutes from Stellenbosch. This active wine grape farm has excellent soil, topography and climate with more than enough water for irrigation. The beautiful dam with bass, is full, all year round and provides enough water for the vineyards. Drinking water is supplied by a borehole on the farm. Grape varieties that are cultivated on 46 ha are Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Shiraz, Pinotage and Merlot. Grapes are sold to Koelenhof Winery, on contract with issued shares.

It consists of an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, pantry, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a study. Solid indigenous yellow wood ceilings form the floor of the loft section.
