The farm comprises five adjoining farm portions that are farmed collectively as a unit. The farm offers 46.95ha of orchards of which 69%
comprises lemon cultivar trees and 31% comprises orange cultivar trees. The majority (66%) of the trees are younger than 10 years with 23% being
between 20 and 30 years and ±12% being older than 30 years. Approximately 9ha comprises fallow land that the owner will potentially plant with lucerne.
