The Overberg is a winter grain area. It is also sheep and cattle world. This 38 ha is located near the small town of Tesselaarsdal, 24 km from Caledon, 38 km from Hermanus and 145 km from Cape Town.
The tranquil atmosphere makes the village a popular weekend destination.
This ground has mainly a northern slope. Mainly wheat, barley. cultivate oats and canola are produced here. Furthermore, the land is used as grazing for cattle and sheep.
About 500 meters riverfront forms the boundary on the north side.
There are no buildings on the ground, but it offers the opportunity to decide for yourself where you want to build your house. Along the river or high up the slopes with incredible views.
Apart from the river there is a smallish dam. However, there are good places to build large dams as there is an excellent catchment area
