Our property description is Portion 42 of 24 of reserve no 5, Old Mtuba road, Empangeni. The property size is 20.38ha.
We are 13kms from Empangeni and have access via the P425 (well maintained tar road) and a dirt road maintained by Tongaat Hullet.
The entire smallholding is fenced. The individual houses are also fenced separately with bonox and electric fencing although we do not use the electric fence.
There are two houses on the property as well as an attached flat. All windows have secure burglar bars with numerous security gates - never needed to use.
