In the Western Cape where Dolphins and Whales are often seen and the majestic waves of the Indian Ocean you will find this quiet very popular town called Boggomsbaai. Boggomsbaai is next to a also well known holiday destination called Vleesbaai. This vacant stand is in a quiet street, is flat and a few minutes walk to the beach. There are walk ways to the beach. Many people have moved down to this town after Covid 19 and work from home. The vacant land is next to a greenbelt giving you a lot of privacy. Being further away from the beach and ocean has it's advantages. You can see the sun setting in the West and less corrosion and maintenance on your home. Boggomsbaai has no street lights, it has a golf course, a Sport and Leisure Centre where you can play squash and tennis minimal fee per play. The residents love to play "Jukskei" It will take you 20 minutes to drive to the closest Mall in Mossel Bay or 35 min to small town of Albertinia. Vleesbaai has a small shop to buy bread and many condiments. Many fisherman love to fish along this coastline and walkers, runners and children love to swim and play on the sandy beach. There are hiking trails along the coast, the famous Oystercatcher trail and many Game
Reserves are very close by. Boggomsbaai is a bird watchers paradise and fijnbos (has many herbal flowers and schrubs).
