Saint Helena Bay is a settlement in West Coast District Municipality in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Nicknamed by locals as Agterbaai, the town is located on the shore of the bay, from which it derives its name and is approximately 150 km north of Cape Town, South Africa.

St Helena Bay is the centre of the West Coast fishing industry and is also noted for its catches of rock lobster and snoek. The waters are ideal for yachting, surfing, canoeing and fishing. Whales and dolphins can frequently be seen at Shelley Bay beach, which also boasts a wide variety of bird life.
