It is 6 Hectares in size (60 000 square meters) with a 100m private boatable waterfront, on the Vaaldam.

The land is also ear-marked "High Density", so it can be sub-divided. Currently have concept plans (Architectural plans) for 2 houses on the property: HOUSE 1 = 657m2 ON 3HA & HOUSE 2 = 388m2) on the remaining 3HA
