SOLE MANDATE

Friemersheim is a settlement at the foot of the Outeniqua mountains 18kms north of the village of Great Brak River. It falls under the municipality of Mossel Bay and is situated on a tarred road. The stand is level and has a lot of trees and natural bush and offers panoramic landscape views over the adjoining valley, with the Outeniqua mountains as a backdrop.

This vacant stand is 589m² in extent and is only 30m on a gravel road. There are already drafted building plans (ready for approval) that will be sold with the stand as well as a Land Surveyor certificate showing the boundaries and beacons. Should the potential Buyer like the plans, they just have to be submitted to the Mossel Bay Municipality for approval.
