Sole Mandate

This beautiful stand is 840 square meter and located in the far end of the resort. This is a sloping stand covered with a large amount
of indigenous trees and shrubs with a very high area to the North-East lending itself to building quite an elevated structure.
Very little development has taken place in this part of Phase two.
Gamtoos mouth resort is situated right next to the Gamtoos River lagoon and a mere stroll over the isolated ever-changing dunes to the sea.

One of the main pastimes here is fishing. The resort boasts its own private slipway and picnic spots for launching one's boat onto the Gamtoos River as well as boat houses to let. The vision of the developer was to create a beautiful living area with log cabin style homes that fit in comfortably amongst the dense coastal vegetation. Ideal for the nature lover! The resort offers its own private walking trails 30 min to 1h and 30 min trails. There is a myriad of indigenous bird and plant species can be seen. Internet connectivity is good if you are working from home.
The gated resort is well maintained with 24-hour security guards patrolling the area. The resort has a recently updated Emergency plan and new fire hydrants have been installed. The levies are R470 per month. The resort is about 25kms from Jeffrey's bay and 50kms from Port Elizabeth. Read more...
