What I love most about this stand is not only the size but it is located next to the Park area, with the right amount of planning your future home can also have dam view. Another bonus is that is less rocky than surrounding stands, this could lead to a huge saving once one starts building.

Kungwini Ranch Estate is a medium density estate, located next to Bronkhorstspruit Dam and offers dam access and boat launching via Stand 11. At the moment there is no time frame in which one has to start building. Exciting changes to entrance gate is also expected soon. The Estate provides for easy access (no dirt road) to main roads and centrally located.
