1879sqm of level mostly cleared vacant land, so close to the Portsea beach. A square, corner stand bordering onto Gloucester and Lincoln Ave and with good sea views, and a 5 minute walk to a small beach.
The stand has access to a municipal water supply. No electricity connection available. An Eskom connection will have to be applied for directly from Eskom for this stand although there is a meter box.
A street away from the Port Edward lighthouse and the Portsea beach. Lovely position. A dry stand with grassland and shrubs. A very good stand to build on. Very well positioned and central to the town of Port Edward.
Port Edward is a busy coastal village. A well known tourist destination with beautiful beaches. The Port Edward area is a largely unspoilt providing lovely walks,
world class golf courses, farm shops provisioned with amazing foodstuff, the Umthamvuna gorge and river, being a world heritage site, zip lines, and a plethora of small shops and restaurants and places to idle the day away with a drink in hand. Lots to do and even more to experience for the days when the beach is not so inviting.
Port Edward provides most amenities – supermarkets, doctors rooms, dentists, junior schools, etc. Just 5 minutes from a national toll road which is an 1,5hour drive to Durban.
The toll road is being developed into a 4 lane highway which will eventually provide direct access to the Cape, providing a vital trading route and opening up huge opportunities for business along this route.
This is stand is worth investing in. Well positioned and with good sea views.
