Auction Information: Deposit 5% of bid price, Commission of 10% plus 15% VAT thereon of the bid price. All offers are subject to a confirmation period. The rules of auction and conditions of sale are available from the Aucor Property offices.
Terms: R50 000 refundable deposit paid via EFT or credit card (excluding Diners Club & American Express). No cash will be accepted. Proof of payment is required. Bidders must provide original proof of identity and residence on registration. No exceptions. All bids are exclusive of VAT.
Aucor Property may bid up to reserve on behalf of the sellers. Subject to change without notification.
