This lovely, well-priced, piece of land is positioned in Trafalgar. The stand is serviced by a gravel road and despite not having a sea view it is not too far from the Blue Flag beach. The land gradually slopes from the road down the plot, which is covered by trees and vegetation, whilst the area seems peaceful there is plenty of animal and bird life. There are neighbours close by and easy access to the R61 main road.
The beach is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike and to ensure the safety of swimmers, the beach is shark protected. Lifeguards are on duty throughout the day to watch for potential threats. The Mpenjati Nature Reserve borders one side of Trafalgar, offering numerous recreational activities such as picnicking, fishing, a relaxing stroll to the beach, or
simply enjoying some relaxation. There are two restaurants situated inside Trafalgar and Lucy Green Grocer where daily necessities can be purchased.
